1.         Product is to be returned in the original carton(s).

2.         A Return Authorization (RA) will be required prior to acceptance

of all returned product. This RA number must be attached

(not scribed on carton) visibly on the carton.

3.         A restocking fee will be applied at the rate of twenty percent (20%)

of the purchase price.

4.         All shipping charges are to be paid by the dealer to our warehouse

in Hatfield, PA.

5.         Credit will be issued within thirty days of receipt of product. This

            credit will be issued in the same form of the method of the original

payment.

6.         For Service RA’s, please enclose a brief and concise description of

            problem inside with the unit and indicate (with copy of sales receipt

if covered by warranty) whether it is a warranty repair or a normal repair.
